As a Cambridge graduate with experience in central government, strategy consultancy, and running my own eCommerce business, I bring a useful and unique mix of skills and insights.

I’ve worked across the public and private sectors, as well as hands-on in small business, so I understand the challenges faced by organisations of many sizes.

Running my own eCommerce business has confirmed my belief that technology can, and should, make life easier.

I’ve always been drawn to the tech side of things—building websites, creating magical spreadsheet formulas, writing code scripts, and finding ways to make processes more efficient.

Over time, this passion has evolved into a focus on operations, from working on the running of a Government department, to order management and stock systems.

I know what it’s like to be busy, juggling endless tasks, and I’ve spent years refining systems to save time and eliminate errors (I’m not a fan of those).

My strength is combining the technical know-how with a creative approach to work out what can be automated and how.
