As a Cambridge graduate with experience in central government, strategy consultancy, and running my own eCommerce business, I bring a useful and unique mix of skills and insights.

I’ve worked across central Government and the private sector, as well as hands-on in small business, so I understand the challenges faced by organisations of many sizes.

Running my own eCommerce business in particular has confirmed my belief that technology can, and should, make life easier.

I’ve always been drawn to the tech side of things – building websites, creating magical spreadsheet formulas, writing code scripts, and finding ways to make processes more efficient.

Over time, this passion has evolved into a focus on operations, from working on the running of a Government department, to order management and customer systems.

I know what it’s like to be busy, juggling endless tasks, and I’ve spent years refining systems to save time and decrease errors (I’m not a fan of those).

My strength is combining the technical know-how with a creative approach to work out what can be automated and how.
